Having more than 10 years experience on energy sector. He started and developed his career on the electric energy generation projects as a project development expert and specialized his experience to become an advisor. He took various roles starting from an expert to becoming a management staff on the electricity generation, distribution and transmission projects that he worked. Having both local and abroad private sector experiences and worked as an Advisor to the Minister of Energy and Natural Resources of Turkish Republic during 4 years. During these years, he was a member of the Ministry’s Negotiation Team and worked on intergovernmental agreements, power purchase agreements and many other project contracts negotiations. Took part on the Ministry’s legislation and regulation activities.
His expertise are on Project Development, Tariff and Regulation, Government Relations and Negotiation Techniques.

He holds MBA and Economy and Energy Law Master Degrees
